Classmate Roy Edwin Morrow dies
ENID — Roy was born March 23, 1940, in Enid, Okla., the son of Oren and Edith Dowler Morrow, and passed from this life Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, in Sallisaw at the age of 72.
A 1958 graduate of Enid High School, he served in the U.S. Air Force as an air traffic controller and was stationed in Alaska and Maine.  Mr. Morrow was a retired power plant operator for Tulsa District Corps of Engineers. He worked at several lock and dams, including Robert S. Kerr, Broken Bow and Mannford.  Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 19, 2012, at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark., under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home, Sallisaw.
